Ferro Molybdenum Description
Ferro molybdenum hardfacing electrodes are welding electrodes
coated with a layer of ferro molybdenum. These electrodes are used
in hardfacing processes to deposit wear-resistant layers on mining
equipment surfaces, protecting them from abrasive wear and
extending their service life.

Ferro Molybdenum Applications
- a. Excavator Buckets and Teeth: These electrodes are used to
hardface the buckets and teeth of excavators, protecting them from
wear caused by abrasive materials during digging and loading
operations.
- b. Conveyor Systems: Ferro molybdenum hardfacing electrodes are
employed to enhance the wear resistance of conveyor rollers,
idlers, and liners, reducing the risk of premature failure and
downtime.
- c. Crusher Components: These electrodes are utilized to hardface
the crushing surfaces of crushers, such as jaws and cones,
prolonging their operational life and maintaining efficient
crushing capabilities.
- d. Grader Blades and Ripper Teeth: Ferro molybdenum hardfacing

Packing: 1T/1.25T bundles, wrapped (plastic film) and fastened with steel
strips on wooden pallet.
