Ferro Silicon Magnesium, also known as FeSiMg alloy or Magnesium Ferro Silicon, is a good nodulizer. It also contains rare earth elements. FeSiMg alloy has high mechanical strength, strong deoxidation and desulfurization effect. It is widely used in the metallurgical industry. It is one of the most important additives in the production of ductile iron. Nodulant are mainly used as additive in iron liquid during the casting, it can foster spheroid graphite and increase the number of spheroid graphites so that the mechanical properties are improved.

Ferro silicon magnesium is one of the main raw materials in iron and steel industry.

1. Snodulating agent, vermifying agent and inoculant for cast iron. Ferro silicon magnesium also known as magnesium alloy spheroidizer, is a good inoculant, its mechanical strength, deoxidation, desulfurization effect is strong.

2. Steelmaking additives: Ferro silicon magnesium used in the production of spheroidizing agent, vermiculating agent and inoculant, also used in the production of steel and iron as additives and alloying agent.For refining, deoxidation, denaturation, neutralization of low melting point harmful impurities (Pb, arsenic, etc.) and solid solution alloying, forming new metal compounds, etc., so as to purify steel.
