Description:
Tungsten tubes are mainly used in thermocouple protection tubes in
high-temperature furnaces, sapphire single crystal furnaces, and
supports in high-temperature sintering furnaces.
Tungsten copper tube is a composite material refined by using the
excellent metallic properties of high-purity tungsten powder and
the plasticity and high conductivity of high-purity copper powder
through static pressure molding, high-temperature sintering, and
copper dissolution. It has good arc breaking performance, good
electrical and thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion, no
softening at high temperatures, high strength, high density and
high hardness.

Application:
1. Resistance welding electrode: It combines the advantages of
tungsten and copper. It is resistant to high temperatures, arc
ablation, high strength, heavy specific gravity, good electrical
and thermal conductivity, easy to cut and process, and has the
characteristics of sweating and cooling. Due to the properties of
tungsten It has the characteristics of high hardness, high melting
point and anti-adhesion, and is often used to make projection
welding and butt welding electrodes with certain wear resistance
and high temperature resistance.
2. High-voltage discharge tube electrode: When the high-voltage
vacuum discharge tube is working, the temperature of the contact
material will rise by several thousand degrees Celsius in a few
tenths of a second. Tungsten copper has excellent ablation
resistance, high toughness, and good electrical and thermal
conductivity. Performance provides necessary conditions for the
stable operation of the discharge tube.
3. Electronic packaging materials: It has both the low expansion
characteristics of tungsten and the high thermal conductivity of
copper. Its thermal expansion coefficient and electrical
conductivity can be changed by adjusting the composition of the
