segregation and inhomogeneity.
Melting atmosphere: The atmosphere during the smelting process is
very important for the stability and purity of the alloy
composition. A suitable smelting atmosphere can avoid oxidation and

Solidification Rate: Solidification rate is the rate at which
molten alloy cools and forms a solid alloy. Control of the

Heat treatment parameters: Heat treatment is an important step in
tempering and optimizing the performance of TZM alloy rods. Heat
