and high strength of tungsten tubes, especially the long-term high
temperature resistance of tungsten, make tungsten tubes a key
component of quartz continuous melting furnaces.
Tungsten tubes, tungsten material tables, tungsten core rods, and
tungsten formers constitute the four key components of quartz
continuous melting furnaces. If you want to do your job well, you
must first sharpen your tools. The melting point of quartz is
1750℃. To melt quartz, a container with a higher melting point is
required. It is appropriate to choose tungsten products.
Uses of tungsten tubes: Due to the characteristics of high
temperature resistance and low pollution, tungsten is widely used
to make crucibles and accessories for ruby and sapphire crystal
growth and rare earth smelting in the LED industry.
Specifications of tungsten tubes: Tungsten tubes of various
specifications and sizes, tungsten troughs for rare earth smelting,
and a complete set of tungsten-molybdenum components for the hot
field of sapphire crystal growth furnaces (including heat shields,
heating bodies and supports, etc.) can be customized according to
customer requirements.
The conventional diameter of tungsten tube is 30mm, the wall
thickness is 2mm; the diameter is 600mm, the wall thickness is
20mm; special specifications can be customized.
